SECTION 01

Air Premia Virtual Pilot Code of Conduct

All registered pilots must comply with the following operational rules to maintain a safe and enjoyable community.

Pilots must complete at least 1 flight per month to maintain active status.

Pilots must use official Air Premia liveries for flights. Flights logged with unauthorized liveries may be rejected.

Flights must be operated using official fleet aircraft assigned by the virtual airline.

Time acceleration and unrealistic maneuvers are strictly prohibited. Violations lead to report deletion and warnings.

We support various genuine flight simulation platforms including MSFS 2020/2024, FSX, P3D, and X-Plane 11/12.

Charter flights must use callsigns within the APZ700–APZ799 range.

Flight reports with N/A landing rates may require manual verification.

Pilots flying on online networks must use the official ICAO airline code APZ for callsigns.

Manual flight reports must include a valid screenshot proof link (Volanta, SimToolkitPro, etc.) in the comments section.
SECTION 02

Warning Accumulation & Suspension Thresholds

Rule violations and unauthorized behavior lead to warning points and temporary suspensions:

3 Warnings Accumulated: 1-Week Account Suspension
5 Warnings Accumulated: 2-Week Account Suspension
8 Warnings Accumulated: 3-Week Account Suspension
10 Warnings Accumulated: 4-Week Account Suspension
15 Warnings Accumulated: 6-Week Account Suspension
20 Warnings Accumulated: 9-Week Account Suspension
21+ Warnings: Subject to Staff Board Review & Potential Permanent Removal
※ Warning points are regularly reset/deducted twice a year on January 1st and June 1st.
