1. vaBase Data Collection & Storage Notice

Air Premia Virtual ("Virtual Airline") operates its website and dispatch system on top of the vaBase (vaBase Auth) platform infrastructure.

2. vaBase API Provided Data & Usage Scope

Our Virtual Airline only displays and utilizes member data retrieved via the official vaBase API for site operation.

Member information provided via vaBase API for VA operations:

• Basic Profile: Name (Nickname), Email address, Callsign, Unique Pilot ID
• Session Info: Session cookies for maintaining login authentication.
• Network Info: Preferred airport, Online network IDs (VATSIM / IVAO / POSCON ID).
• ACARS Telemetry Data: All information collected via ACARS tools during flight (Flight logs, Simulator type/version, Landing statistics, etc.).

3. Retention & Destruction Period

Your personal data is retained in accordance with vaBase policies during active membership and unlinked upon deletion.

• Upon Unlinking/Deletion: Local VA account linkage and profile mapping are immediately erased.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts without flight logs or activity for over 12 months may be archived according to policy.

4. Cookies & Google Analytics

We utilize cookies and analytical tools to improve site functionality and analyze anonymous usage trends.

• Login Session: Session cookies maintain secure authentication status.
• Google Analytics: Anonymous usage analytics (visit frequency, duration) are processed without personal identification.
• Cookie Opt-Out: You can manage or disable cookie preferences in your browser settings.

5. User Rights & Protection

Members can view or update their information or request account unlinking at any time.

• You can inspect and update your profile under the "Edit Profile" dashboard or via vaBase settings.
• You may request full account unlinking via the support center.

6. Terms of Membership & Flight Operations Rules

All registered pilots must comply with the following operational guidelines:

• Genuine flight simulator software (MSFS, X-Plane, P3D) is highly recommended.
• Profanity, discrimination, or improper conduct toward others is strictly prohibited.
• Pilots must follow online network regulations when flying on VATSIM, IVAO, or POSCON.
• A valid email address must be maintained.
